Neha Mehrotra

Neha Mehrotra is a communications veteran with two decades of experience in the public relations (PR) industry. She is one of the four founding members of Avian WE. As Avian WE's Managing Director, Neha Mehrotra is responsible for overseeing Avian WE's operations in India, including PR North, West and South, Digital and Social Impact, with a focus on three main areas: office leadership, client leadership and market leadership. Prior to being elevated, she was spearheading the agency's large businesses, campaign planning and new business initiatives as Executive Vice President, Client Centricity. As National Chair of Growth and Standardisation at the Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI), Neha focuses on optimising processes in client interactions, contract agreements, and talent acquisition and retention. Her efforts aim to cultivate a culture of excellence and trust within the industry. She has been instrumental in creating the New Client-Consultancy Partnership Charter, which addresses key issues head-on amidst rapid industry evolution. This comprehensive framework streamlines operations, enhances transparency, upholds ethical standards, and improves client-agency engagement. Neha's work and impressive career haven't gone unnoticed. She was featured in Campaign's 2023 list of Women to Watch in APAC, and E4M's Top 20 Communication Professional to Watch Out for in 2023. In 2019, Campaign India had named Neha on its Women to Watch list for shaping the industry in India. She also won the Emerging Leader of the Year Award at the Future Leaders Summit in October 2018 and was shortlisted for PR Week Asia's PR Professional of the Year Award in 2016.
