Kirsty MacGregor MCIPR is a seasoned Public Relations and Marketing Communications leader, currently heading Communications and Engagement at NHS Fife. In her role, Kirsty drives NHS Fife's corporate communications strategy, overseeing impactful internal and external campaigns that support organisational goals and foster stakeholder engagement. With a career rooted in the public sector, Kirsty brings extensive expertise from her work in higher education and diverse industries, including tech, energy, finance, textiles, tourism, aquaculture, and healthcare. Her previous roles include Communications Manager at Healthcare Improvement Scotland, Director of Marketing & Public Relations and Deputy Director of Development & External Affairs at the University of Stirling, as well as Head of Marketing and Public Relations at Heriot-Watt University. A Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) member for over 25 years, Kirsty is recognised for her commitment to advancing best practices in communications. Kirsty's experience spans strategic communications leadership, stakeholder engagement, and brand management, making her a valued addition to the PR Week Global Awards 2025 judging panel.
