Katy McMillan

Katy is currently the Global Head of Internal & Corporate Digital Communications at AstraZeneca, leading the delivery of compelling, integrated internal and digital communications strategies to advance the company's strategy. Having built her early career at leading healthcare PR agencies and in government roles, Katy joined AstraZeneca just under a decade ago and has held increasingly senior positions across multiple disciplines. These include internal communications, sustainability, regional corporate affairs roles across International and Europe, as well as leading Strategy & Operations for the Global Corporate Affairs function. Most recently, Katy was interim Head of Corporate Reputation, where she advanced and successfully launched AstraZeneca's first corporate campaign and a new brand refresh.
