Client: Avalanche

Avalanche, a decentralized, open-source blockchain, aimed to boost its presence in Latin America through the first Avalanche Summit in Argentina, coinciding with its Avalanche 9000 upgrade launch. The campaign targeted Web3 developers, entrepreneurs (especially in gaming), and investors, emphasizing Avalanche's scalability, speed, low costs, and regulatory compliance. Challenges included competing events like IDEA Colloquium and TECH FORUM, political sensitivities crypto skepticism due to past scams, and a tight five-week timeline.

The strategy focused on localized media outreach, influencer engagement, and digital campaigns. Over 100 journalists were targeted with tailored pitches, emphasizing real-world blockchain applications beyond crypto. Coverage in top outlets like Clarín, Infobae, and TN was secured, alongside influencer promotions across Latin America. Partnerships with tech companies, universities, and Web3 communities drove registrations. Digital campaigns on social media and Web3 platforms generated 2,536 conversions from 37,000 clicks. The summit attracted 1,429 delegates, 12 influencers, and over 35 journalists, resulting in 200 media clippings, reaching 50 million people. The campaign significantly raised Avalanche's profile in Latin America, establishing it as a key player in the region's blockchain ecosystem.
