Meet Your Digital Self for Lenovo powerfully explores the emerging digital divide between generations and its negative impact on young people’s mental health. In a world where Gen Z spends a huge amount of time online, their digital selves can often be a very different – and more authentic – version of the person they present in real life. In a genuine first that pushed AI’s boundaries and harnessed Lenovo’s cutting-edge technology, Zeno brought two young people’s online personas to life in the shape of 3D avatars. Capable of having responsive, AI powered real-time conversations, family members could ask the virtual versions of the people they loved any question, even the most difficult. A social experiment like no other, this content rich campaign highlighted the role that emerging AI technology can play in facilitating important conversations, helping to address today’s global youth mental health crisis.
