Ben Lampe

Ben leads communications for Microsoft in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In his role, he works closely with area and in-market colleagues across the region, as well as with those based at Microsoft's HQ in Redmond, Washington. His diverse and geographically distributed team focuses on reputation and high-impact storytelling. With 20+ years in the industry, Ben has rich experience in international communications environments. Prior to Microsoft, he was Director of Communications for Nokia in Europe, which gave him depth of knowledge in consumer and change communications. Based in Munich, Germany, Ben re-energizes by running, reading and experimenting in the kitchen. He also enjoys downtown with family and nature.
