Barby Siegel

Barby K. Siegel is the Global Chief Executive Officer of Zeno Group, leading the award-winning, integrated communications agency to significant growth, with annual revenue exceeding $144 million. Under her 15-year leadership, Zeno has garnered top industry accolades, including being named a six-time winner of PRWeek's Outstanding Large Agency of the Year (most recently in 2024) and PRWeek's Purpose Agency of the Year (2023, 2022). A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Barby led the first of its kind strategic partnership with EGAMI Group, to create a new model of collaboration for change to advance diverse talent and deepen cultural competency for among clients. In addition, Barby is deeply committed to advancing diversity and inclusion and current and future generations of leaders in communications. Barby serves on multiple industry boards including the Diversity Action Alliance, PR Museum, and the Chicago Bears Women's Advisory Board. In addition, Barby serves as a senior advisor to Year Up United. Barby was inducted into the PRWeek Hall of Fame in 2021.
