Andy Pharoah

Andy Pharoah joined Mars, Incorporated in 2008 and served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs since 2016, with the Sustainability responsibility being added in two year later. In this role, he oversees the company's communications, government relations, stakeholder engagement, and corporate brand, while also driving Mars’ sustainability initiatives.

Before this, Pharoah was Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Sustainability & Strategy for Wrigley, where he led corporate, sustainability and business strategy development.

A native of London, Pharoah started his career in UK politics and later spent 13 years at Hill & Knowlton, ultimately leading the Corporate Practice for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He holds a degree in politics from the University of Leicester and has lived in the U.S. for over a decade. Pharoah is President of the Washington National Opera, Policy Committee Chair of British American Business, and a Board Member of Asia Society Policy Institute.
